When They Come Back

  • St. Stephen's Episcopal 202 North 16th Street Ashland, NE, 68003 United States (map)

Experience the captivating union of two American artistic giants, Aaron Coploand and Emily Dickinson, as mezzo-soprano Lauren Cook and pianist Alejandro Avila bring to life their music and poetry. Delve into Emily Dickinson's poignant texts through Copland's musical settings. Journey through themes of nature, love, and the human experience in this intimate exploration of American song. This performance, like all SCSF Festival Week Concerts, is free and open to the public. Concert will be followed immediately by an Art Song After Hours reception hosted by and at Willow Point Gallery.
