The evening, sponsored by Raikes Beef Co., will feature an incredible array of collaborators including Latin American music performed by mezzo-soprano Alejandra Sandoval and guitarist Aleia González, and a four course dinner led by chef Erick Landa, named one of “Omaha’s next wave of culinary starts” by Resturant Hoppen and creator of Centi, Ryan Cooper aka @bbqtourist and Raikes Beef Co. Ambassador, and Damie Elder-Hiscock head baker at Fariner Bakery.
