The evening, sponsored by Raikes Beef Co., will feature an incredible array of collaborators including Latin American music performed by mezzo-soprano Alejandra Sandoval and guitarist Aleia González, and a four course dinner led by chef Erick Landa, named one of “Omaha’s next wave of culinary starts” by Resturant Hoppen and creator of Centi, Ryan Cooper aka @bbqtourist and Raikes Beef Co. Ambassador, and Damie Elder-Hiscock head baker at Fariner Bakery. Join us early for a VIP event which will include the chance to get up close and personal with our musicians and chefs to learn more about the inspiration behind their artistry, enjoy an adventurous amuse-bouche and tequila tasting!
