Fernando A. Montejano, a versatile writer based in El Paso, TX. Fernando brings a unique blend of writing expertise and performance skills to his work, driven by a passion for creative expression and community engagement.

Throughout his career, Fernando has cultivated a diverse set of skills in creative writing, content creation, and public speaking. As a Holland Community Opera Fellow with Opera Omaha, he developed custom curricula, facilitated workshops, and performed original programs, connecting with various communities and harnessing the power of storytelling.

In his role as a Teaching Artist and Touring Poet with the Nebraska Writers Collective, Fernando designed tailored lesson plans, fostered inclusive environments, and provided performance coaching. Additionally, his work as a Radio Host and Content Creator at Classical 90.7, KVNO, allowed him to curate a successful program and deliver engaging and informative content.

Beyond his professional experience, Fernando has had the pleasure of performing at poetry tours, art exhibitions, and cultural festivals, enriching his public speaking abilities and providing platforms to share his written work.
